Our mineral based soils are the reason we are here and the moderating lake effect assists our growing conditions. This combination, in addition to our premium grapes, allows us to create superior wines. We have engaged a world-renowned wine maker to ensure the quality and high standards of our wines. Our wines are VQA, and reflect the soil and soul that went in to creating them.
