I have a recipe for the BEST peppercorn sauce I have ever had in my life and everybody that has tried it has taken it with them. It has gone from here to other provinces and is now all over and a favourite everywhere.
Grind 2 tablespoons peppercorn meddley
Simmer in 1 tbsp oil for 1 minute
Add 1 can beef broth and simmer for 1 minute
Add 500 ml. carton of whipping cream in (yellow carton) and bring to a low boil.
Simmer for approximately 1 hour, maybe a little longer.
It is absolutely amazing!!!

2 Boiled Potatoes UND Sea Salt
Take 2 yellow potatoes, boil al dente. Toss in EVOO. Splash w/ sea salt and red cracked peppercorns.
Add Vino – Enjoy
**Recipe is NOT enough to feed a mouse. Anger from starvation with bouts of dementia to occur.
